After the super bumper hit – Ghajini and Hollywood movie –Slumdog Millionaire in December 2008, Rehman fans are now eagerly looking forward to 2009.
In 2009, he is starting with Mani Rathnam’s biligual – ‘Raavana’ and ‘Ashokavanam’. Mani and Rehman are coming together after “Guru” which had its premiere in Toronto. Soon afer, Rajnikanth – Aishwarya Rai starrer – Endhiran -The Robot is likely to follow. Rajnikanth badly needs a hit after his lukewarm ‘Kuselan’ ; remake of successful Mamootty Malayalam movie – Kathaparayiumbol.
Rahman also has Kamal Haasan’s untitled project and his Hollywood movie titled ’19 Steps’, Pawan Kalyan’s Telugu movie ‘Puli’ directed by SJ Suryah.
Lots of expectations and hopes on Rehman’s shoulders.

He can buy the IPL’s Kolkata franchisee for $75.09 million, and gets the most exclusive suite, worth Rs 18 lakh a night, suspended between the resort’s two towers, at the opening party of Dubai’s Atlantis Palm Jumeirah resort, ahead of a host of Hollywood celebrities. Mannat is said to be worth Rs 135 crore, he has a villa in the UK, Shah Rukh’s net worth is estimated to be at Rs 1500 crore, and he has recently been awarded the title of Datuk by the Malaysian government.

She is fabulous in the striking poses. Editor of Maxim India, Anup Kutty says “we have been getting too many requests from out readers to get Jiah to do a Maxim shoot. And with ‘Ghajini’ around the corner, we figured this would be the best Xmas gift we could give to Maxim fans. This shoot will definitely raise a few eyebrows and get Jiah the kind of attention she truly deserves.”
Talking about her experience, Jiah says ” It was a lot of hard work but a great fun shooting for MAXIM. I am usually portrayed as sexy but actually I consider myself a regular girl. The photographer R.Burman made me very comfortable at the time of the shoot. I feel the photoshoot has helped me search the best out of myself.”

We hear King Khan is ready for the next gig after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi aptly titled ‘My Name is Khan’. The story is based on a real life story about a couple and is all about Shahrukh playing a man who suffers from milder form of autism.
And surprise surprise, Kajol is said to be his heroine 🙂 if it is true, it will be after a long time Bollywood fans get to see SRK and Kajol together.
Apparently most of the shooting will be in LA and is scheduled to begin in next two weeks time !
